Justin Zubrod & Company is a professional services firm that is exclusively focused on the logistics and transportation sectors. We are a team of experienced professionals – having held leadership positions as managers and consultants.  We provide advice to transportation carriers, shippers or their customers, vendors and suppliers.  We are also actively involved in work with a wide variety of investors of capital in these sectors as well.  

Since our founding in 2009 — but built on a long industry heritage before then — Justin Zubrod & Company has operated on one simple premise: we are experienced practitioners working to make our clients and their people successful.  We help enterprises and stakeholders become leaders in this industry over a sustained period.  We have a proven track-record of accomplishing those goals by working closely with clients and their people.

We serve clients in the rail, air, motor, marine and package and other related sectors — providing counsel to corporate leadership and boards of directors, operating executives at all levels, supply partners, investors and legal counsel. Justin Zubrod & Company has developed a reputation for bringing experienced teams to problem-solving — not recently-hired MBA’s or analysts to do studies.  Our client service teams have and continue to make their living in logistics and transportation — and they have led restructuring and performance improvement efforts across numerous sectors as executives and managers in both line and staff functions and as management consultants at the leading firms.  We do not do studies — rather we work directly with client teams to develop insights, define practical solutions and drive change from top to bottom.
